伤口愈合的基质血管分数-

本研究比较了通过超声物理 (U-SVF) 和酶法 (E-SVF) 分离的 SVF 的产量、细胞群比率和细胞活力。 两种方法都具有相似的干细胞相关特征,但 U-SVF 具有更多数量和更小尺寸的外泌体颗粒。

三系分化实验显示E-SVF和U-SVF均具有良好的分化能力。 SVF分泌的外泌体提高了成纤维细胞的迁移效率并上调了相关基因的表达,为软组织修复提供了新的治疗策略。

Extracellular vesicles (EVs)-

Extracellular vesicles (EVs), including exosomes, microvesicles, and apoptotic bodies, are cell-derived membranous structures that were originally cataloged as a way of releasing cellular waste products.

Many biomolecules carried by EVs have been involved in the control of the hair follicle cycle and stem cell function. Thus, investigating the role of either naturally produced or therapeutically delivered EVs as signaling vehicles potentially involved in skin homeostasis and hair cycling may be an important step in the attempt to design future strategies for the efficient treatment of several skin disorders.
