脂肪干细胞（ADSCs）和基质血管成分（SVF）在皮肤疤痕治疗中的临床应用实验-

由于基质血管部分 (SVF) 中脂肪来源的干细胞 (ADSC) 的再生能力，脂肪填充是一种流行的疤痕治疗方法。 对五个数据库进行了系统的文献检索，以验证 ADSC 相关干预措施在疤痕治疗中的临床应用。 在 514 项研究中，有 19 项被纳入审查，表明 665 名患者取得了有益的结果。 六项研究比较了干预措施，并表明非劣于富含血小板的血浆或 CO2 点阵激光。

伤口愈合的基质血管分数-

本研究比较了通过超声物理 (U-SVF) 和酶法 (E-SVF) 分离的 SVF 的产量、细胞群比率和细胞活力。 两种方法都具有相似的干细胞相关特征，但 U-SVF 具有更多数量和更小尺寸的外泌体颗粒。

三系分化实验显示E-SVF和U-SVF均具有良好的分化能力。 SVF分泌的外泌体提高了成纤维细胞的迁移效率并上调了相关基因的表达，为软组织修复提供了新的治疗策略。

Extracellular vesicles (EVs)-

Extracellular vesicles (EVs), including exosomes, microvesicles, and apoptotic bodies, are cell-derived membranous structures that were originally cataloged as a way of releasing cellular waste products.

Many biomolecules carried by EVs have been involved in the control of the hair follicle cycle and stem cell function. Thus, investigating the role of either naturally produced or therapeutically delivered EVs as signaling vehicles potentially involved in skin homeostasis and hair cycling may be an important step in the attempt to design future strategies for the efficient treatment of several skin disorders.
